GNI and ID Joint Learning Forum

On 13 November 2013, the Telecommunications Industry Dialogue (ID) and the Global Network Initiative (GNI) held their first joint Learning Forum in Brussels, Belgium, presenting an opportunity for civil society organizations, academics, investors, government officials, international organizations and information and communications technology (ICT) companies to share their perspectives on current challenges facing freedom of expression and privacy.

Lisl Brunner

Lisl Brunner is the Facilitator for the Telecommunications Industry Dialogue. Prior to this role, Lisl spent five years as a staff attorney at the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights. She is a fluent Spanish speaker and holds a law degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor’s degree from the College of William & Mary.
